I started Effective Unified to create a place like my home office on the Web.

So what is it? Well, it brings together a little bit of everything.

Throughout my career I’ve applied a human-centered design approach to building products, leading teams and designing systems that benefit the people who use them while making money for the people who are funding them.

I take an approach that is human, focused, purposeful, and forward-looking. I find effective solutions that work for everyone involved.

Digital Experience for Financial Service Sales Teams

Helping sales teams sell. We researched, then designed a digital experience that demonstrated the value of our client’s financial service products and acted as a key tool for wholesales, brokers, potential customers and the internal sales team.

  • User research to understand the pain points of both the sales team and their customers.

  • Prioritized list of features needed to increase sales and reduce service costs
